WHAT TO EXPECT
Begin with a quick and informative tour of our tropical Hawaiian farm, where we grow ingredients like taro for our signature breakfast tacos (Served only Saturdays at our ‘Āina Tacos stand at the Upcountry Farmers Market).
Next, join us in the kitchen to learn how to craft several unique dishes using fresh, organic produce from our farm as well as other local Maui farmers.
